At China Holidays we can provide you the fast and efficient Visa Service for those travelers going to China.

1. What type of service does China Holidays offer?

China Holidays are authorized to deal with ALL types of Chinese visa applications.

2. Can China Holidays apply for a visa for NON British passport holders?

Yes, the procedure will be the same as British passport holders or please phone 00 44 (0) 20 74872999 or e-mail visa@chinaholidays.com.

3. How do I obtain a Visa Application Form?

4. What do I need to submit along with my Application Form?

Valid Passport
one passport size photograph
Self-addressed pre-paid Special Delivery Envelope (if return is required)
Related forms / letters dependant on visa type required
Payment for the visa ( cheques payable to : China Holidays Ltd)
Copy of international return flight booking and Chinese hotel booking

5. How do I submit the Application Form?

Please either: Send your Application together with all other documents required to:

6. What’s the cost of Chinese Visa?

Please see below for our schedule of costs. Please note our fees INCLUDE the Chinese Embassy’s fees.

Inclusive charges for British Passport Holders including VAT

The above cost includes the Chinese Embassy fee, CVASC’s service fee and our service fee. In the event that your application for a visa is declined the above fees are Non-refundable. What is required - To apply for your visas we require a passport (with a minimum of 6 months to expiry- from date of arriving back into the UK) one passport sized photograph and the completed application form for each traveller. Children travelling with parents on UK passports now are required to have their own passports and therefore children with a UK passport will require their own Chinese Visa. Arrangements for other countries may vary, please check with your own passport issuing office. Delivery of documents - We strongly recommend that all passports are posted to us by special delivery and that you send us a pre - paid & self - addressed special delivery envelope for the return of your passport(s). The visa cost above does not include special delivery charges. We can not be held responsible for any delay or loss of passports to or from our office.

Tourist Visa	Full Application Form, and one recent passport photograph; A copy of outward and return flight ticket booking A copy of Chinese hotel booking
Business Visa	Full Application Form, and one recent passport photograph; Visa Notification Form (which is issued by the relevant department of Chinese government, companies or institution. Under the authorization of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China. Detailed information can be obtained form the Foreign Affairs Office of the relevant province, autonomous region and municipality where the inviting party resides.) ; A copy of outward and return flight ticket booking; A copy of Chinese hotel booking; If you are a regular business traveller please enquire for our special service for business visas.
Work Visa	Full Application Form, and one recent passport photograph; An employment permit from the Ministry of Labour and Social Security or the State Administration of Foreign Experts of China; An invitation letter from a relevant Department of Chinese Government or a government-authorized company;
Student Visa	Full Application Form, & one recent passport photograph; Form : JW-201 or JW - 02 issued by the Ministry of Education of China A letter of admission from a Chinese University /College.
Transit Visa	Full Application Form, and one recent passport photograph; A copy of outward and return flight ticket booking; A copy of Chinese hotel booking; A valid visa for the country of destination;
Journalist Visa	Full Application Form, and one recent passport photograph; A letter from a relevant Department of Chinese government; A letter from the employer Travel Itinerary
Permanent Visa ( Living )	A Permit letter from a local government of China. Travel Itinerary
