Thank you very much for helping us with planning our vacation. Your company really deseve the Elizabeth Award. Our trip to Beijing was more than we expected. You provided us two wonderful and honest guides and drivers that went out of their way and made sure that we were comfortable all the way. They made a big difference in making our trip such a memorable one. Your company and especially you made it all possible and you will surely be on our list for any traveling needs we need in the future.

You will surely be recommended by me. I have already 6 friends that will be taking the same cruise on March of next year and they already have your e-mail. i hope that you will extend the best service as you provided us

Dear China Holidays,

We have returned the feedback form by post, but you may find it helpful also to have these comments as well.

We thought it was a fine holiday and excellent value for money. We enjoyed the whole experience of China, brief as it was, and would like to come back again in the future.

We would particularly like to express our appreciation of the way Angela Ni led the tour.  She was flawlessly efficient, and all the arrangements she made were sensible and worked well, even when traffic and other factors outside anyone's control made things difficult. She communicated clearly, and inspired confidence at all times.

In addition to this efficiency, we were delighted by her open, friendly and informative manner. Our enjoyment of the tour was greatly enhanced by her enthusiasm and goodwill. It was always a pleasure talking to her.

At the end of the tour many of the guests  went to different destinations, and even when they were going to the same place, it was often on diffent days/flights. In our case, we went back to Shanghai by train. All of the arrangements for this, and the transfer from the station to the hotel, and from the hotel to the aiport the next day, worked perfectly, and we were impressed by the care taken just for the two of us.

We were also impressed by the way China Holidays kept its promises. Even when traffic and other factors led to difficulties which might have caused parts of the programme to be dropped or curtailed, this never happened.

The remaining points are small, and are intended as helpful suggestions, and not as complaints.
The least enjoyable part of the holiday for us was the visit to the Oriental Pearl TV tower in Shanghai. This was very crowded, and there will always be some people who do not enjoy heights very much. On the other hand, the Old Shanghai exhibition there was lovely, but not capable of being seen in 20 minutes. Our suggestion is that a choice be offered of spending more time in the exhibition vs. visiting the high observation galleries.

There was a misunderstaning about the Confucius temple in Nanjing. In our case, we heard the local guide explain the situation, so we did not miss this experience (we bought our own tickets, and were subsequently reimbursed by China Holidays). But one couple did not hear this explanation and missed out on seeing the temple. Our suggestion is that the itinerary be changed to make it clear if the local guide is not taking us round the temple.

So, in conclusion, we thank you for an excellent tour. We would recommend China Holidays to others. If there is anything in the above you would like to discuss or clarify with us, we would be happy to do so.

Just like to contact you to say I have a great time on the trip, the organisation of the pickup trains etc. was perfect. In particular would like to say that you tour guide Wang Yan was excellent. She took care of all the little problems that came up very quickly and efficiently and was very informative. A credit to your company.

I work in a service industry myself and know the customers are normally quick to complain but rarely relay positive feedback.
