The Shanghai World Financial Center (Abbr: SWFC) is a supertall skyscraper in Lujiazui, the financial center of Shanghai, China. It is a mixed use skyscraper which consists of offices, hotels, conference rooms, observation decks, and shopping malls on the ground floors. Park Hyatt Shanghai is the hotel component containing 175 rooms and suites.

With 101 floors above ground level and soaring to a height of 492.3 meters (1,615.2 ft), the building became the tallest structure on mainland China, including Hong Kong, as well as the world's third tallest building (including unfinished ones), after the Burj Dubai and Taipei 101.

On 28 August 2008, the SWFC officially opened for business. On August 30 the Observation Deck opened with a view from 3 levels.Shanghai World Finance Center and Jinmao Building There are 3 observation decks in Shanghai World Financial Center. The height of its lowest observation deck is 423 m (1,388 ft), on the 94th floor, the second is 439 m (1,440 ft) high, on the 97th floor, named "Observatory Bridge" and the highest  is 474 m (1,555 ft) high, on the 100th floor.

With a unique and extensive view of Shanghai, the Sky Arena 94 has a floor area of about 750 square meters. It is available for prestigious occasions including high profile corporate events, luxury product lauches, glamorous fashion shows, celebratory banquets and special gala evenings against the beautiful panaroma of the Huangpu River.

The open design roofed with glass helps you take the freshest air, reach the blue sky and white cloud at ease at the same time you look up to the sky, you and the nature seem merging into one single body at that moment.

Sky Walk 100 474m
Spanning 55m and located 474m above ground, the Sky Walk 100 is the world's highest observatory. Walking on the three transparent glass-walled walkways, visitors will experience the feeling that Shanghai lies at their feet, whether they arrive from sunrise to sunset, or for the glittering lights at night time.
