Airport - Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport is 35 km from the downtown. Airport shuttles buses make the 40-minute trip into the city run 24 hours a day and cost RMB 20. The airport is well connected with international and domestic flights.

Bus – Shenzhen is well connected by buses. Buses between Shenzhen and Guangzhou run as frequently as every 20 minutes.

Taxi – There are three kinds of taxis in Shenzhen, each with their own price structure and destination limits. Red taxis are RMB 12.5 at flag-fall and can access Shenzhen and the (SEZ). Green taxis are RMB 7 at flag-fall and can only run outside the (SEZ). Yellow taxis start at RMB 10.5 and only service the (SEZ). For convenience's sake it's best to hop into a red taxi.

Train - Luohu Train Station is on the east side of the city and connects Shenzhen to most southern Chinese cities. Trains to Guangzhou take only 45 minutes and run every 30 minutes.
