Day 01 London/Beijing
Depart on the overnight flight with Air China to Beijing from London Heathrow.
Day 02 Beijing
On arrival in Beijing, you will be met and transferred to the hotel for three nights stay. Visit the Temple of Heaven in the afternoon.
Day 03 Beijing
A day tour to the magnificent Great Wall at Badaling and the Ming Tombs. Peking Duck Dinner has been arranged.
Day 04 Beijing
Tour to the Ti’anan men Square, Forbidden City and Summer Palace. Enjoy an evening of Traditional Chinese culture with the Beijing Opera.
Day 05 Beijing/Xi’an
Day tour to visit traditional Hutong and Lama Temple, shopping opportunity before we board on overnight air-conditioned soft sleeping train to Xi’an.
Day 06 Xi’an
Arrive in Xi’an in the morning, transferred to the hotel for breakfast, then take the tour to the most important archaeological discovery the life-size and lifelike Terracotta Warriors, the old imperial bathhouse of the Huaqing Hot Springs and the excavated Neolithic Banpo Village Museum. Dumpling Banquet Dinner has been arranged for tonight.
Day 07 Xi’an/Nanjing
Visit the Great Mosque and Muslim Quarter in the morning, transferred to the airport for the flight to Nanjing in the afternoon. Two nights stay in Nanjing.
Day 08 Nanjing
Morning tour to visit Dr. Sun Yatsen Mausoleum which was built in 1926–29 for the great Pioneer of Chinese revolution. Afternoon we will visit Confucius Temple and Xuanwu Lake.
Day 09 Nanjing/Wuxi/Suzhou
Take our air-conditioned bus to Wuxi, visit Li Garden and Taihu Lake, then we will be transferred to Suzhou, which is known as ‘Venice of the East’. Two nights stay in Suzhou.
Day 10 Suzhou
Full day tour to Humble Administrator Garden, Pan Gate, Art Garden and Silk Factory.
Day 11 Suzhou/Zhouzhang/Shanghai
Morning tour to the ancient town of Zhouzhuang, which is charming for its beautiful surroundings and simple, ancient buildings and criss-crossing rivers and lakes. Transferred by coach to Shanghai in the afternoon. Two nights stay in Shanghai.
Day 12 Shanghai
Morning tour to the Shanghai Museum, Jade Buddha Temple, Yu Garden and Old Town. Evening Acrobatic Show has been arranged.
Day 13 Shanghai/Hangzhou
Visit the Bund and Oriental Pear Tower in the morning, transferred to Hanghzou by bus in the afternoon. Two nights stay in Hongzhou.
Day 14 Hangzhou
Morning cruise tour on West Lake, then visit Linyin Temple and Six Harmony Pagoda in the afternoon. A special visit to a Tea Farm has also been arranged.
Day 15 Hangzhou/Beijing
Transfer to the airport for the flight back to Beijing, where you will spend one more night.
Day 16 Beijing/London
Transfer to the airport for your flight to Heathrow . Arrive on London in the same afternoon.
