The Angolan Airlines, TAAG, is to increase direct flights to China this week from two times a week to three times, according to a communiqué issued on Tuesday.

The document issued by the TAAG public relations office said the airlines will fly to Beijing on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, departing from the Angolan capital Luanda at 6:00 a.m. (0700 GMT).

The Angolan national flag carrier opened the Luanda-Beijing direct flights on October 23, 2008.
