Hotel Reservation Service has launched its new Chinese website HRS.cn on all its worldwide online service platforms HRS.com and HRS.de.
It is a strategic move for Hotel Reservation Service to develop the Chinese market, indicating HRS will expand its business in the China and Asia Pacific areas. HRS.cn provide its users with more than 230,000 hotels through its online reservation service, and provides its corporate users with solutions to lower business travel costs and with online business travel management.
Tobias Ragge, CEO of HRS, told local media that the company would focus on expanding the Chinese market by filling the gap in the Chinese high-end business travel market through leveraging its strong overseas hotel resource.
Hotel Reservation Service was established in 1972 in Cologne, Germany, and was one of the first to start an online hotel booking business.
