With a few clicks, Beijingers will be able to get an electric ticket sent to their mobile phones that will let them visit one of the capital's top 32 tourist attractions during Spring Festival.

The big give-away will begin Feb 12.

Applicants will need to visit the website, fill in personal information, including their cell phone number and choose their three preferred tourist attractions.

Each cell phone number can only be registered once, and winners will be picked at random and announced once a day. Winners can expect to receive their e-ticket within 48 hours. Tickets must be used between Feb 14 and March 15.

"The e-tickets are our way of sharing the charm of Beijing, which is on the way to becoming a digital city E-tickets can reduce cost, act environmental-friendly and facilitate data-gathering and analysis," said Sun Weijia, deputy head of Beijing municipal tourism bureau.
