The hotel has 139 guest rooms and suites with garden views, all featuring wireless and broadband Internet access; IDD and DDD telephone; international satellite TV channels; mini bar; and an in-room safe.

For food and beverage Tan’s Restaurant offers authentic Chinese imperial cuisine using menus that were created by the court official Tan Zongjun and his son in the late Qing Dynasty. Long Yuan Chinese Restaurant features the new-style Shangdong cuisine while the Lakeview Café offers views over the gardens and lake, serving international cuisine in a relaxed setting. The Sakura Japanese Restaurant features traditional Japanese home-style cooking.

For MICE events there is a selection of function rooms including a 450 square meter pillar-less Grand Ballroom and eight multi-function rooms ranging from 25 to 210 square-meters in area.
