Outbound tourism in Shanghai has decreased due to the swine flu, tour agencies said. Shanghai TYCS Tours said travelers signing up for outbound tours were down about 10 percent from the same period of last year since the outbreak of the swine flu in North America.

Jinjiang International Travel Service said outbound tours were down 10 to 15 percent over the same period.
