Day 1: Beijing/Hohhot (L+D)
Morning transfer to the airport for the flight to Hohhot - the capital city of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. Visit the Dazhao Monastery and Old City Shopping Street. After lunch, drive to the grassland for sightseeing. A Mongolian Welcoming Ceremony is arranged. Horse racing, Mongolian wrestling, dancing and singing performances are for you to learn more about Mongolian culture.
Accommodation: Deluxed Mongolian yurt

Day 2: Hohhot/Datong (B+L+D)
In the morning home visit to a local Mongolian family. After lunch drive to Datong with a visit to Dengsheng Old Fort of Inner Great Wall. Transfer to hotel for two nights stay.
Accommodation: 4 Star Datong Hotel (Or the same class)

Day 3: Datong (B+L+D)
Full day tour to Yungang Grottoes which are the oldest example of stone sculpture in China, and Hanging Monastery, which were built along the contours of the cliff face.

Day 4: Datong/Beijing (B+L)
Morning visit to Datong Historical Museum and Nine Dragon Screen. After lunch transfer to the railway station for the train back Beijing. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel.
