Day 1: Arrival in Beijing
Upon your arrival in Beijing, our English speaking tour guide will pick you up at the airport and transfer you to hotel for 4 nights stay. The rest day is free for you.
Accommodation: 3 star Red Wall Hotel (Or the same class)
Day 2: Beijing (B+L)
Morning tour to the Tiananmen Square and the royal residence Forbidden City. Afternoon we will visit the Temple of Heaven.
Day 3: Beijing (B+L)
Transfer to Badaling Great Wall and hike on it. Badaling Great Wall is the most well-preserved as well as one of the most magnificient sections of the Great Wall. A visit to the Sacred Road and Ming Tombs follows. On the way back to downtown, you will have a chance to see the outside view of the Olympic Bird's Nest and Water Cube.
Day 4: Beijing (B)
This day is free for you to explore the city by yourself. You can walk along hutongs in Houhai area or visit Panjiayuan and Liulichang antique markets.
Day 5: Beijing/Xian (B+L+D)
This day we will visit the imperial garden Summer Palace, see pandas in Beijing Zoo and pray in Yonghe Lamasery. After dinner, take overnight soft sleeper train to Xian.
Day 6: Xian (B+L)
Upon your arrival in Xian, our local guide will pick you up at the railway station and transfer you to hotel for 2 nights stay. After breakfast in the hotel, visit the life-size Terracotta Warriors and Horses Museum, the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and the Provincial Museum.
Accommodation: 3 star Melody Hotel (Or the same class)
Day 7: Xian (B)
This day is free for you to explore the city.
Day 8: Xian/Luoyang (B)
This morning at leisure. Take afternoon soft seat train to Luoyang. Our guide will pick you up at Luoyang Railway Station and transfer you to hotel for 2 nights stay.
Accommodation: 3 star New Friendship Hotel (Or the same class)
Day 9: Luoyang (B+L)
Morning tour to the Chariot and Horse Pits Museum to explore its 2000-year-old relics, followed by a visit to the White Horse Temple - one of the oldest Buddhist temple in China. In the afternoon, pay a visit to Shaolin Temple and enjoy Kungfu show.
Day 10: Luoyang/Shanghai (B+L)
Take a tour to the famous Longmen Caves in the morning. In the afternoon take flight to Shanghai. Our guide will pick you up at the airport and transfer you to hotel for 2 nights stay.
Accommodation: 3 star East China Hotel (Or the same class)
Day 11: Shanghai (B)
This day is free for you to explore the city by yourself.
Day 12: Shanghai (B)
This day is free for you to explore the city by yourself.
Day 13: Depart Shanghai (B)
Transfer to the airport for the flight to your next destination.
