To make a definite booking, please follow the following the steps:

Step 1: Fill up the Booking Form

Please download our Booking Form (download), and fill the required information. Then fax it to +86 10 64096507 or post it to our office in London or Beijing (please see the addresses on contact us)

Note: you may fill the booking form in the PDF document directly and then print it. Don't forget to sign your name.

Step 2 : Make the payment

Please send your booking form together with a deposit of 10% of the total value of the tour in order to make a definite booking. In the case of bookings made less than 6 weeks before departure we require 100% of the total cost.

Step 3 : We confirm your booking

After you made your payment, please notify us (by email or fax) with your payment details. We will send you a receipt and confirm your booking as soon as we receive the payment.
