Day 01: Friday
Arrive Chengdu
Take evening flight to Chengdu. Upon arrival, our English speaking guide will greet you at the airport and drive to hotel for 2 nights.
Accommodation: 4* Lhasa Grand Hotel or same class
Day 02: Saturday
Chengdu (B+L)
Morning trip to the Panda Breeding and Research Center. Visit the nursery to see the breeding program. You are allowed to hold a panda and take photos with it after a certain donation to the panda center. Move on to the Sanxingdui Museum to experience the ancient culture of Chengdu area which is very different from the culture of Beijing or Xian.
Day 03: Sunday
Depart Chengdu (B+L)
Today enjoy a visit to Wuhou Temple, Dufu Thatched Cottage and Jinli ancient Street. Wuhou Temple, or the Marquis of Wu Temple, is a temple to commemorate the outstanding strategist Zhuge Liang in the Three Kingdoms Period (about 1,800 years ago). Dufu Thatched Cottage was where the famous Tang Dynasty poet Dufu lived in Chengdu. The Jinli Street is in old Sichuan style where you will learn more about the local culture. After today's sightseeing, transfer to the airport for your flight back to your city.
