After breakfast at hotel, visit the Forbidden City, also known as the Palace Museum. The Forbidden City was the residence of Ming and Qing emperors. It was listed as a World Heritage site in 1987. Lunch at Beijing Quanjude Roast Duck Restaurant at Hepingmen. This afternoon take a Hutong tour to immerse yourself in the traditional life of Beijing. Visit a local Courtyard house to experience more.
21:30 embark on China Oriental Express and head for Luoyang which was also one of China's ancient capitals.

After breakfast on board, 09:00 arrive in Luoyang. Visit Luoyang Peony Festival at Luoyang Peony Garden to admire peonies in full blossom. For lunch we sample the vegetarian food at Yongtai Temple. Afternoon tour to the Shaolin Temple. Shaolin Temple is the birthplace of Zen Buddhism and Chinese martial arts. 22:30 drive to Xian.

06:00 arrive in Xian. Today's first stop is Xian City Wall which has a history of more than 600 years. Continue to the Statue of Silk Road Starting Point and Big Wild Goose Pagoda Plaza. The local Dumpling Banquet Dinner is arranged for this evening. Also enjoy a Tang dynasty music and dance show.

After breakfast at hotel, visit the Terracotta Warriors Museum. Terracotta warriors and horses is known as "the eighth wonder of the world", "one of the greatest discoveries in the history of 20th century archaeology". This afternoon tour to Huaqing Hot Spring. The perennial hot spring water here remains greater than 100 degrees Fahrenheit. Then visited the Xian Mei ceramics Museum. 22:00 head to Lanzhou.

09:00 arrive in Lanzhou, an important stop on the ancient Silk Road. Visit Lanzhou Waterwheel Exhibition Park followed by lunch of Lanzhou hand-pulled noodles. Afternoon continue sightseeing to see the Zhongshan Iron Bridge, reputed as the First Bridge on the Yellow River, and Statue of Yellow River Mother. You can experience taking a sheepskin raft to cross the Yellow River. For dinner we sample the typical Yellow River carp. 21:30 take the Oriental Express to the western end of the Great Wall - Jiayuaguan.

09:30 arrive in Jiayuguan City. , then we visit the ' impregnable pass under heaven ' 【Jiayuguan】. Jiayuguan is the ancient Silk Road through the pass and things of cultural exchanges along a history of more than 600 years ago, that is the great wall in the West end. Then visited the【Cantilever Wall】cantilever wall was built above the ridge at about 45 degrees, the shape of the volley hung upside down, thus named after the "cantilever wall". Then visit 【The First Pier】, also known as the first pier of the great wall, is the great wall of Ming dynasty Western starting point, and Shanhaiguan, Hebei in Bohai Sea shore of "old dragon head" echoed together to build up the Chinese great wall "Dragon" first and last, achievements of the Chinese "Dragon" name. Then visited the luminous wine glass technology.
